Sorry for my lack of posts recently. The school year is coming to a close and I have tons of work coming due, finals, etc.. I can hardly believe how quickly the semester flew by!
The past couple of weeks, I’ve made visits to the boutiques, cosmetic counters and spa. Always time for shopping, non? I think I’ve mentioned that I love, love, love cosmetics and each season I can’t wait to see the new colours!

I began using this eye cream only this week. It was highly recommended at the spa. While I don’t have dark circles or puffiness, I do want to combat any future signs of aging. Ah yes……I too am coming to a close to a year full of LEARNING CURVES and MORE STUDENTS….what a mess our system is, really. But the magic is in the every day lives and eyes of those children…I so love having smaller groups to TALK to the kids, to LISTEN to the kids and to play, to teach and to shape them. THEN, it will be PLAYTIME for TEACHER!!!! These are lovely things dearest…let's play….Anita

Oh, the wedding was so magical. I loved the less opulent feel of Kate's gown, although I have to agree with you that Diana was the epitome of a princess in her ethereal and unique wedding gown; I HAD to include a picture of her in my post. Watching the wedding gave me a sense of unity for a moment, thinking about how most of the world that is interested, was watching. For a moment, we saw a faery tale and believed. But the story continues in US. I was moved by the Bishop of Canterbury. I made the message so real for not only the two royals, but for ANYONE. He said, “Every wedding is a royal wedding.” That is my kind of Archbishop!!!!!!
My plans for the summer are simple. Since our addition to the house, we want to pay down some debt and get back on our feet so that next year it is PARIS!!!!! I will spend this summer reading and writing poetry, going to our local writer's guild and improving my writing skills. I want to write. I want to write full-time. I dream big, and start off small. But step by step, things grow, and I wish YOU the most success with all the hard work YOU are putting into your studies dearest. Enjoy this lovely spring; we are FINALLY GETTING OUR DAFFODILS!!!
