Bon weekend, mon amis! Do you have plans for the holiday weekend? We don’t have much on the agenda other than celebrating my brother’s birthday on Sunday. We’re taking him to lunch and hanging out with him for the day. Hopefully the weather will cooperate and the thunderstorms will stay away so we can do something fun outdoors.
Couture Cocktails
Atty Cocktail
1 1/2 oz gin
3/4 oz dry vermouth
1/2 tsp absinthe
1/2 tsp crème de violette
lemon peel for garnish
Combine gin, vermouth, absinthe and crème de violette in a shaker with ice; shake for 5-10 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a lemon peel.

What a lovely Burberry trench. I love the photo of the Café de Flore in its typically Parisian building. It's a while since I enjoyed a coffee there. Enjoy your weekend.
