As we enter August, I’m enjoying the last days of summer break with my children before their school year begins in a couple of weeks. It seems it begins earlier and earlier each year… not sure why that is. Every year at this time, we go through their list of activities they would like to do during the summer to be sure each has been crossed off. This year, it appears everything has been successfully accomplished.
The above photo makes me dream of lounging on a Mediterranean patio overlooking the sea. The daybed, always chic and classic Vernon Patton S Chairs, ottoman, and hammock offer plenty of seating and the lanterns create the perfect ambience on a summer evening.

Oh mon ami … I'm daydreaming of swaying in that hammock enjoying this scrumptious cocktail you have shared – reading a book and enjoying the comforting Mediterranean breeze. Happy week-end. hugs and blessings, C. (HHL)
The first image is gorgeous and I could just imagine lazing in that hammock. Gin and tonic is a favourite of mine and this variation sounds delicious.
That picture is swoon-worthy…
Before you know it they will be back at school. I always breathed a sigh of relief when Meg went back and I no longer bore the responsibly of being fun central 24/7.
Blackberry and lemon G&Ts, now your talking girl! Yum yum
