This utterly unique apartment in a historical building is on the market in Alvhem, Sweden. It features a high-contrast color palette and offers breathtaking views of the charming city. The unified style and the repetition of glamorous chandeliers create a flowing floor plan and the sophisticated minimal silhouette of furniture plays off the grand features and fine molding.
I’m impressed with the size of the kitchen and the panoramic views from each room. Kitchen fittings from Puustelli & granite countertops and a beautiful early 1900’s antique sideboard.
The bath is spacious and equipped with all the amentities you could want. The fixtures are from eg Svedberg.
How stunning is the entrance? The light fixture is amazing.
Although some of the rooms seem sparse, I really like the design overall. It has an incredible amount of natural sunlight and I love the modern furniture, especially the Bentwood and Jacobsen chairs, Tab lamp by Flos, Gubi coffee tables.
