Happy Halloween Weekend ~

These Tim Walker photographs are my favourite.  Filmmaker Tim Burton reimagines the season’s dark delights alongside photographer Tim Walker and models Malgosia Bela, Evelina Mambetova & Sophie Srej.

 Champagne Cocktail ~
1 ½ oz Chilled vodka

                                                                 1 ½ oz Champagne
                                                                 ¾ oz Chambord

Pour vodka and half the Chambord liqueur in champagne or martini glass. Top with champagne and pour the remaining Chambord over the back of a spoon to make it float.

Wishing you a frightening weekend!  xoxo, B

MA BELLE! OHHHHHH! I am so happy to hear from you, but I soooooo understand the hardship of dealing with deadlines, time constraints and such….I wish I could just invite you over for a soothing cup of tea and a chat….I don't know how you are doing it with children and an ARCHITECTURE COURSE! That is so much work. I just know that I am so glad that I am done with my Masters and that all of that work is behind me. These days, the weekends are consecrated to drawing or writing. BUT NONETHELESS, my week is filled to the brim with an overload of work for 50 students. I am stressed at the moment, but soon the responsibilities of parent/teacher conferences will be over, then Thanksgiving will be here and 4 days off will sooth my heart. THEN CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS….and my construction is starting on MONDAY! FINALLY, after all these years of getting up to snuff financially and months of waiting for our builder to finish up another large project. Our project is only two rooms, no plumbing, and if all goes well, we should have some kind of structure up by Christmas and then Ruben and I can play!!!! Wishing you a calm and restful Sunday dearest…..Anita

I remember these images from last year…amazing! Tim Walker's work is like a dreamworld, don't you think? I have loved browsing back over your posts and promise to visit often. So lovely! I'm so flattered that you are following my blog, too! I shall try not to disappoint!
    Beware of ghouls today!

Oh how I would love a champagne cocktail and it is only 9am 🙂 I am so excited to have discovered your blog via Bonjour Romance. As a fellow Francophile you may enjoy my most recent post – my cupcakes have just featured in a french Salon de The 🙂 xxx

Thi images are amazing!!! :-)I hope you had a wonderful Halloween.
I do not know if I ever mentioned to you that my hubby is an architect with his own practice for over 16 year now. I admire very much people who have passion for architecture maybe because I know I would never be able to be good at it. I think it is so exciting that you started the course in this wonderful subject. Red nail polish is also my very favorite to wear and I too had to give it up because it does live marks on white felt. Oh, well, I still have Sundays to wear it!-)))

What a lovely post sweetie! Count yourself lucky to be barely treading water, I'm right deep inside, and I can tell you it's hard core. At best I get 4hours sleep a night, but I love it so it's not so bad.

I would definitely love to see your work, your excitement about it has got me excited too.

    Keep up the good work!

    xoxo
