Over the weekend, I took my daughter to see The Princess and the Frog. I, too, love a fairytale as much as the next girl, even if they are ages are 4, 5, 6,… I was hoping my daughter would decide she wanted to see this movie afterall. Last year, at the age of 5, she decided princesses are for “little girls”. Myself, at the age of .. well, nevermind, still believes in fairytales ~

Hi,I love your vow renewal picture! I'm planning our 10 year vow renewal ceremony in the Caribbean and would like a white lace mermaid style wedding dress but i've read that it isn't proper!! Did you have any problems deciding what to wear, did you wear your original gown or go shopping for another? your dress is lovely!

Thank you for your sweet comment. I had the dress made. I knew exactly what I wanted and found someone to make it for me. I saw this dress today and think the style will be lovely for a beach vow renewal. Not necessarily the rosettes but the lines of the dress; however, you should try on various styles to decide which suites you. I'm not one to follow advice on what is proper so I may not be the person to ask 😉 I do what feels right for me.
