Mirror, Mirror …

… who is the fairest of them all?

I’m hopelessly drawn to Mary McDonald’s dressing room!  I adore the Osborne & Little’s Vintage Collection “Volte-Face” flame stitch wall covering (designed by her), mirror and vanity chair paired with the mirrored dressing table.  I cannot think of a more perfect wall covering for this space.

Would you use a wall covering this bold?

Let me tell you..if I had just one more room..and just the right one, I WOULD GO THIS BOLD! OH how fabulous and that chair calms down the rest. There is a psychology to dressing up a room as well, isn't there? The bold walls, and then that soft and relaxing chair…woooo could I spend time in there talking to the mirror!!!

    HAPPY DAY DEAR ONE! Anita

I ADORE the dressing table, but I think I would feel dizzy with the wallpaper! Vertigo….

That mirror reminds me very much of one hanging on a wall in my great aunt's house – only it's not covered in gold leaf.
