The week flew by in the wink of an eye, and the weekend is upon us once again.. Plans to be made and, as always, many things to do, but will take time to repose and enjoy leisurely morning cafés and time with family.
A lovely cocktail to get your weekend started…
Charleston Pink Lady
Ingredients
3 jiggers of Gin
1.5 jiggers heavy cream
1 jigger Applejack
1 tsp Grenadine
Handful of ice
Preparation:
Pour ingredients into cocktail shaker with lid. Shake vigorously and strain into cocktail glasses (I love a coup for this cocktail!) Yield: 2 servings
