BONJOUR MA BELLE!!!! I am sitting here working on my next post and went into my new post file and I saw I had another visit….from YOU! How lovely! Yes, Rabbit Hill is our refuge and I am working on a little tour of how we made our bathroom dream fit into our cozy and tight spot here at RH. I LOVE TEAVANA, YES! We have one at the Mall of America and we go there all the time! I have not seen Snow Geisha, but that sounds delicious. I love the Maté Vana and the Earl Grey Crème….Oh, is that good. How wonderful that you know it!!! Lately, we have been drinking PG Tips from England. When I am done here, I am sitting with Ruben and we are going to have our tea for the evening. Do you know that we are expecting SNOW TOMORROW! That's Minnesota for ya'!!!!

Your pictures are lovely, and thank you for the weekend wish! Do come back for a peak at our bathroom dreams….

Bisous ma belle amie et bonne soirée! Anita

Bonjour ma belle! Oh, how I love to see you coming up the walkway of Rabbit Hill for a cup of fine tea! Take that school bag and put it aside for a rest! Oh dearest, how I understand the exhilarating feeling of getting a well-deserved break! I only finished my Master's Degree this January! I am DONE with night school and homework-crammed weekends and having to refuse my husband of hosting guests due to HOMEWORK! I AM FREE! And you will be too, soon. What is your degree going to be in? And how wonderful that you have had your eye on this house….I SO WISH YOU LUCK IN REALIZING YOUR DREAMS!!! We had lived out in Massachusetts for 11 years starting off school, then moved to Minnesota. This is our first home and we are quite happy here. It was and still remains to be a place where it has been SO MUCH FUN embellishing it. Thankfully, we have never had structural problems or major “repairs” to do…it has all be FUN, decorative and embellishing work. This home lends itself perfectly to the French Countryside look that I so LOVE.

Home is a haven and we literally fall into each other's arms when we come home. We take our tea after a good home-cooked meal and we try to celebrate each moment…and my mother quietly and humbly taught me through example, that if you want something but lack the resources, then you make due with what you have. It has made all the difference in the world.

I wish you a beautiful and relaxing day, dream big, work hard and enjoy each moment, ma belle!

    Bisous, Anita

Lovely photos of your garden. I have pink roses and peonies as well, and this time of year is so special – the roses will keep giving, but the peonies are only here for a short while each year. I guess that's what makes them so special.

Bonjour ma belle!!! It is so nice to have you back home!!! I hope that you had a wonderful time with your family on your little vacation…one of my students is in Paris at the moment, and sent me an email to share with the class of him and his mom at the base of the Eiffel Tower! Oh, how I would love to be there!! Oh, merci mille fois for your lovely comments and félicitations; it means so much to me that people can be so kind. I was just thinking today that I want to make it a daily, hourly thing to BE KIND AND SHARE A KIND WORD, GESTURE OF THOUGHT….a life is never wasted that way! Oh, I can't wait to see your photos! When you get settled, please put them up; I will be first in line!!
