Did you catch the closing ceremony of the Olympics?
I was not expecting the tribute to British fashion as showcased by the iconic Brit models sashaying to David Bowie’s ‘Fashion’ .

Although it may have garnered mixed reviews, I felt it was a fabulous interlude that did British Fashion proud.

Did you know that Architecture was once considered an Olympic sport? I learned this whilst perusing Architectural Digest online. Apparently, so was town planning, “mixed sculpturing,” compositions for orchestra, and various other creative subcategories part of the Summer Olympics from 1912 until 1952. Entries were to be sports related ~ designs of swimming pools, etc. I found this very interesting. You can read more about it here.
